A tool we built to run our own distribution network has become a platform other enterprises use to run theirs.
From an internal tool to a product
As Ahujasons Global Commerce's distribution network grew, so did the everyday operational load — ordering, follow-ups, reporting, coordination across touchpoints. The company began experimenting with AI to handle more of that work, and those experiments became an internal AI operations system, built by group company ITMTB Technologies.
The system worked well enough that the company saw a second business in it: helping other enterprises put AI agents to work in their own operations, safely and with proper oversight.
